Step 1: Choose your program
Click the button of your chosen program below, and you will be redirected to the enrollment form on the program page. You need to fill out the necessary information and click 'Submit.'
Step 2: Secure your slot
After submitting your registration, secure your slot by sending an initial payment for your chosen review program. Here's what you need to do:
For students enrolled in ONLINE REVIEW and ENHANCEMENT REVIEW:
1. Please send us a message through our official Facebook page (MERGE Review). You may also send us an email via merge.2027@gmail.com and send us a screenshot of your completed enrollment form from step 1. For quicker transactions, you may also call us at 09988663717 or 09668778565 and let us know that you have enrolled through this website.
2. Our staff will accommodate you and provide the payment channels through which you can send your initial payments.
3. Send us a screenshot of your completed transaction, and you are officially enrolled!
For students enrolled in HYBRID FACE-TO-FACE REVIEW:
1. Please send a message through the official Facebook page of your chosen branch. You may view our 'Schedules and Branches' tab to find their respective contact information.
2. Send a screenshot of your completed enrollment form from step 1 and let them know that you have enrolled through this website.
3. Our staff will accommodate you and provide the payment channels through which you can send your initial payments.
